Movement practice should be mindful, purposeful, and place emphasis on proper alignment. This is important because it increases flexibility, mobility and balance, all of which are essential to ward against injury, and reduce aches and pains.
She is is a certified 100 hr. Pilates and 200 RYT Yoga instructor working in the Rochester area.
She makes Yoga accessible to everyone. There's no OMing, chanting or Sanskrit terms being used here. It's a practical way to move the body which will spill over into other areas of health and fitness
Her goal is to provide a practice you can do multiple times a week, for a LIFETIME. This isn't just a form of exercise, it's a LIFESTYLE.
