Our Philosophy

We believe in building fitness upon a foundation of strength, flexibility, and mobility. Many people think getting strong is a big scary thing that only men need. This is not true. Everyone needs strength. Strength breaks through plateaus, prevents injuries, and is the most foundational piece of fitness.

 

Increasing muscle function and decreasing body fat is of paramount importance. Doing so will improve strength, speed, muscle tone, resistance to injury, and overall well-being. This is why we focus of function first, and simultaneously attack fat through proper diet and time efficient exercise.
