About Coach

I was the fat chubby kid when I was young. I couldn't hang from a pullup bar, I couldn't do a pushup, and I felt tired all the time.<br /> <br /> Despite all that, I still tried to be active. I've always loved sports and competition, but I'd often find myself frustrated because my fitness was always holding me back from winning and feeling good.<br /> <br /> I wanted to be able to jump higher, run faster, and I wanted to look good enough to feel proud of my body.

Turning Point

Around the age of 16, I was fed up. I was way too young to look and feel like crap. <br /> <br /> I needed to make a change. So I did. I jumped full tilt into the Adkins diet. It wasn't the best program I could have been on, but it gave me the foundation I needed to start transforming my body, and those results gave me the push I needed to start exercising too. <br /> <br /> Since then, it's been a long journey, but now I can stand proud of how I look and feel without needing any medications to keep me healthy.

Motivation & Passion

My passion now is to help others who feel stuck. Too many people give up on themselves because they think they have to go through all this nonsense to be healthy. You don't need a laundry list of twenty things to get stronger, move better, and get leaner. <br /> <br /> What you need is to do the basics well. Lift weights, work your heart, eat reasonably, and sleep like a rock. <br /> <br /> Once I got those things down fitness because easy.
