Our group training is unique because we
The focus will be on the following basic strength training lifts: Bench, Squat Deadlift. Whether you are a new or developing lifter, we’ll help you learn to lift with an efficient technique suited to your body.You will be paired with a coach in a small group class to refine your style through various accessory techniques.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in strength training, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a strength training-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
